FTB Launch Issue

Details of the issue:
This has been a reoccuring issue. I haven't gotten out of stage 4 of the launcher as it usually crashes around step 8/9 of this matter.

I keep on getting: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.​
 
There is a warning in your log "32-bit operating system. 64-bit is required for most mod packs. If you have issues, please try the FTB Lite 2 pack." that is also shown in a dialog which you decided to ignore. "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" you are runnning out of memory. To fix it install 64-bit java and increase memory allocation to 2-4GB
 
I'm not running a 64-bit OS, I've tried upgrading, however my computer is claiming that "it does not match the architecture of the 64-bit installation media"

Also, either I'm not seeing it, but I'm having trouble finding FTB Lite 2.
