Title ftb lan crashes when someone joins

Details of the issue i've tried reinstalling java, deleting the player dat and im not sure what this log means

I've had a similar issue. There is something not quite right about FTB Utilities and chunk loading. The mod author is aware of the issue and is doing a major rewrite of the chunk loading system in FTB Utilities. Use the command /ftb chunks admin_unload_all <playername> & /ftb chunks admin_unclaim_all <playername> to force the removal of that players claims and chunk loading. Then have that player log in again.
 
this was on single player open to lan that command didnt appear to work
