FTB Interactions ID range exceeded

Hi All,

Received the ID range exceeded crash when trying to launch FTB Interactions (crash paste here, and attached as .txt)

I am aware that I can use Not Enough ID's or whatever the mod name is to extend the range, but should this not be included by default if the modpack has this many items?
