FTB Infinity server won't start

I've been running a FTB Infinity server for a while. Today, I had to restart it, and it's failing to start. I tried to resolve it by upgrading the server version from 1.7.0 to 1.8.2, but I'm still encountering the same issue. This seems to be the relevant portion of the log:
