Problem FTB Infinity Server Will not start due to error

There is some problem loading a unexpected exception pertaining to some kind of chunk loading.
Or the chisel mod. Not a clue really, Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Kinda new to the troubleshooting thing for servers, its a small, five person server and this only happened before I updated to 1.8.2 but I don't think that's the problem.

Make a backup of your world and try removing this block:

You can remove it with MCEdit.
