Problem FTB Infinity server not responding

Hello,

I am attempting to host a FTB Infinity server on my own pc for me and a few friends to play on. Sadly, after a few minutes of doing things the server program starts stuttering and completely stops responding at the following after the pre-initialisation of AE2:S

• I am running Windows 10 Home 64bits
• I am hosting this on my own system
• Playing on FTB Infinity 1.11.2 (Minecraft 1.7.10) with FTBServer-1.7.10- 1448
• Didn't add any mods to the server pack
• Server specs=pc specs I guess: Intel i7-4770k 3.5Ghz, 16GB of RAM, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970

Any help is greatly appreciated, I already did some searches on google but no one seems to have the same problem.
