FTB Infinity - Oil/Oil Desert Field MystCraft Pages?

Hey all, so I'm playing on a small server with my friends and we've got some Mystcraft worlds setup to help combat lag (such as a mining world). After a while, I've decided I want to change my main power source from Lava to Oil/Fuel. Now, I remembered back when I was playing the DW20 pack that there used to be 2 Mystcraft pages: oil and oil desert field. After countless hours on going through different Mystcraft worlds and Mystcraft Libraries, I have yet to find these pages. Upon doing further research, there's no information of these pages being removed in the latest edition.

So I was wondering, have these pages been removed? Or are they just disabled in this pack?

From the config:

biomes {
I:biomeOilDesert=0
I:biomeOilOcean=0
}

They've been removed in Infinity.

Ah :/ If there anyway to add them back? I could do with having them to combat lag on the server from people travelling far away and then chunkloading the area.

You would have to find a free biome ID and set it in the config.
