Details of the issue I downloaded the server files from the FTB Launcher and installed them on my server.
I can log in and all the vanilla recipes are working fine.
The problem is that all the mod recipes are not working for me. Chisel en tinkers are the ones i tried. Is there a solution for this problem??

Log file helps. But how did you star the server? Did you ServerStart script? My guess is you launched the vanilla minecraft jar instead of the the forge jar. But without the console log it is just a guess.
