FTB Infinity Evolved Server Will Not Start

Hello! So I wanted to create an FTB Infinity Evolved server for my friends and I, in the process of creating the server everything went well until this happened..

Problem:

I created the serverstart.bat file and in that file has the following arguements:

@Echo off
java -Xmx8194M -Xms4096M -jar FTBserver.jar nogui


When I try to launch this server it just immediately closes, if I add the phrase "pause" right below it, nothing happens, it doesnt even show that I typed any commands, it just pulls up a blank bat file.

What I've Tried:

- I've downloaded Java Version 8 Update 301, Windows Offline 64 bit
- I've restarted my computer and redid it multiple times
- I've deleted all the versions of Java I had and installed the one I mentioned above
- I added "pause" to see if anything would happen
- I tried running it in Windows Powershell to see if anything would happen but it is just blank
- I've tried dedicating less ram to the server

Other Info To Know:

I have modern day pc specs, like..

GPU: RTX 2060
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
RAM: 32gb

Also, I tried running a SkyFactory 4 Server the other day and the same exact thing happened

Conclusion:

Download and use the pre-made server that contains all files needed.

If that doesn't work, please provide a screenshot of your java version
(open cmd or powershell and type java -version)
