Details of the issue:
Ever since i updated the server to 2.4.2 it started freezing/hanging for long times until the control panel realizes its frozen and restarts it. It doesn't generate a crash log or anything and there is no errors in the log before it restarts. Server specs are Intel core i5, 16GB DDR4, Running Java 64-bits and Debian 8​
