Solved ftb infinity evolved server crash while start PLEASE HELP

• What OS are you running?
  I'm running windows 10 with jave 8 64 bit
  
• Are you using minecraft hosting provider or a dedicated/local server not designed for minecraft?
  It is a local computer that runs a small server for my friends
  
• What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version)
  infinity evolved 2.6
  
• Did you add any mods to the server pack?
  No
  
• What are your server specs?
  Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 eight-core processor 4.00 GHz and 16 GB ram (the server can use 6 GB) 64 bit
  
• A good detailed paragraph about the problem
  When I start my server it crash when it is almost loaded

Have you tried is on a new world? If not can your rename the world folder the run the server and see if it can generate a new world. If so can you log into it. That will tell us if you have corrupted games save/world or an actual problem with the server. The crash report sort of indicates a problem with the world save. But, I'm not sure.
