I'm not sure where this is supposed to be posted, but I was wondering if there are any plans for FTB Infinity Evolved being compatible with Minecraft 1.10.2 and working with the new stuff that's in that version and for it to be compatible with future versions as well? I'm asking this question because I like using everything that Minecraft has to offer but I wanted to enjoy FTB Infinity Evolve and other mods and resource packs on the latest version of Minecraft and take full advantage of all of the resources that 1.10.2 offers to date.

Thank you in advance for the responses and if it's possible for the developers to respond to this thread I would love to know what might be in store for the FTB mods and resource packs.

That is a good question. But, I don't think you will get a good answer. The problem is a lot of the mod in infinity haven't been updated to 1.10.2. Chances are a few of them may not be updated to 1.10.2 as well. But, I don't think the FTB team can say for sure until more mods are updated to 1.10.2 if they will have a version of infinity. But, I would say chances are slim. They typically produce a new flagship pack(s) instead of re-making old ones. Everyone loved Ultimate when it was out. But there never was a recreation of that pack.

@Henry Link Thank you for responding so quickly. I understand that it might never get updated but there's nothing stopping from players dreaming lol. I'm hoping that something happens to the FTB mods since the recent news mentioned that Curse got bought by Twitch.tv so I think this is going to be an interesting merge/partnership.

@MagicMage1238 that's awesome to hear. Just to make sure, the testing is for compatibility with Minecraft 1.10.2? I'm asking out of curiosity lol. And ty for responding, finding out information for updates or progress on whether or not the project is still getting support is amazing bcuz I've ran into games and mods that the devs told me they weren't supporting those projects anymore do to newer projects taking up their time and the games and mods basically went to the project graveyard with no chance of surviving.

No problem, I hope it helps the video only says 1.10 not 1.10.2, but it is a huge step from 1.7.10 and will take time to work out the bugs.
