ftb Infinity evolved: Ic2 Can't Craft LZH or RSH Condensator

I tried everything, is that a bug or why is there no way to craft these items, do I need to cheat them or is there another option. Probably i need to change something in the Modpack files? I dont know, it would be great to get some help from somebody who has the same problem....

Is there no recipi? Or just can't craft on showed recipi?

First of all there is no recipe, so i checked online if it's just not shown in NEI, but every recipe which I could find online was also not working.... it's just strange
