Details of the issue:

Crashes on world startup. I've placed the ender quarry without diffficulty in the past. This recent placement was in a 3x3 chunk area below my base. There is a World Anchor above. I've read on the web that the quarry can have issues with Biomes o Plenty flowers but this was mostly below sea level so while it's possible there's Miner's Delight or other random grass down there I find it unlikely.​

Of note is that there's also a silk touch upgrade attached to the quarry.

Removing this block with MCEdit should fix it.

Thanks. I appreciate your time and reply. I've used NBTExplorer but didn't realize MCEdit supported mods. I'll give it a shot.
