FTB infinity evolved 2.5.0 can't restart server after shutting it down

Details of the issue:
After gracefully shutting down the Server I can't restart it. I get an error on console and the server shuts down. I found a similar issue in the forum but updating Thaumic energistics to 1.0.0.5 does not solve the issue.​

I had this crash happen with one of my worlds a while back, it was caused by placing multiparts in the same space as thaumic energistics terminals. if you (or someone on the server) did that, you'd need to use MC edit to delete said terminal. Assuming, that is, that you haven't fixed the issue yet and/or given up on fixing it.
