FTB Infinity Evolded Server Crashing on Startup

Hello, my FTB Infinity Evolved Server alsways crashs on startup since my pc crashed while the server was running, i got the Error log (Attached File)
And i tried to run the server without mods (Backup and deleted mods) also crashed. (Also file attached)
Its the basic Infinity Evolved Modpack with Ex Nihilo added.
Can anyone help?
