Details of the issue:

i try using the wiring and signal buses/terminals included in Tinkers' mechworks and the game crashes on me any help would be greatly appreciated

I just experienced the same problem.

Tried to place down a signal terminal and crash.
Not sure how to fix this, probably updating or reverting a mod to an older version....
