Problem FTB Infinity 1.2.1 Server timeout and unable to start

Hello, my server on MCPH was running just fine up until about an hour ago, when it disconnected me, and is now stuck in a restart loop, unable to actually start up and allow players on. There is no crash log, it doesn't crash, just restarts...

Here is the last chunk of the log, can't upload the full log, either here nor pastebin (file too large), so hopefully that is a start, let me know if you need the full log I will upload it somewhere for download. Thanks!

Managed to get a full console log copied, from server shutdown, until it gives the green light that it is up. It restarts maybe 10 or so minutes after coming back online.
