Problem FTB Infinite Evolved server, Getting stuck on rf tools

I'm using a 64bit windows and am trying to load an ftb infinite evolved server 2.6.0 on ftb 1.4.12
and the server has been stuck on the following part for over half an hour. I've tried reloading the server and it gets stuck here every time. I have 6gb of ram allocated if that makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what the issue is. But it isn't stuck on RF tools. The next line is from FTBU. My suggestions are:

• Make sure the server files are excluded from your AV scanner (both realtime and file scanning). All this does is bottleneck the system.
• Bring your RAM allocation down to about 4GB. Only increase it beyond that if needed but most servers should run fine at 4GB and going beyond that can cause java memory management issues.
• Also, do you know if it has started to generate the world yet? If so you might want to try and force it to create a new one. I would just rename the world folder for this test. That way you can always just rename it back.
• Post a full log of the server not just a screen shot. The log files should be easy to locate in the folders used by the server. Then goto http://paste.feed-the-beast.com/ and paste the log there. Copy the URL it gives you and past it back here.
