FTB Industrial Contraptions bug?

Not sure if it is a bug or what but on my server once we updated, all of the IC powered items have issues displaying their power, so batboxes dont work properly unless they were already in position and havent been moved or had the cables broken.

I'm just a player, not an expert I have no idea how to find out what is wrong...
