Windows .jar FTB Horizons Crash on Start-up

Hello, I have attempted to download/play FTB Horizons, or any 1.6.4 modpack, I get Minecraft Forge Errors. I have run all the troubleshooting problems, and I believe it is an error with the FML, and I do not know how to fix it. Here are my system stats and my log.

Operating System and bit type: Windows 7, 64-Bit
Java version/update and bit type: Version 7 Update 45, 64-Bit.
Launcher version: v1.3.2

Description of the Issue: Whenever I attempt to play any 1.6.4 modpack version, the launcher crashes.

This line: " C:\Users\Kyttycat\Desktop"
Indicates to me that your launcher is just on your desktop, not on a folder on your desktop.

I moved it back after I finished when it did not work, I will do the whole thing again and get back to you.

That is strange because I put my launcher is in a folder on my desk top again.The only copy on the desk top was the backup. I deleted the backup and reran the launcher but the same line is still there saying it is on my desk top. I removed the launcher from that folder and put it in the %appdata% folder and it still said it was on the desktop. Then I put it in the main program menu and it still said it is on the desktop.... I will remove all traces of feed the beast from my computer and re-download. Thank you for your assistance!
