FTB Hermitpack Serverstart.bat failing!!

When i go to load up my HermitPack serverstart.bat it say:

ftb's install script on windows is broken and failing to download the launchwrapper, quickest fix is grabbing this file
https://libraries.minecraft.net/net/minecraft/launchwrapper/1.12/launchwrapper-1.12.jar

and put into this folder libraries/net/minecraft/launchwrapper/1.12/
