Details of the issue somehow i cant start any ftb modpack. ive read every single topic to that but nothing helped. can someone decrypt the error message:

"From Console: Okt 03, 2017 6:56:40 PM java.util.prefs.WindowsPreferences <init>
WARNUNG: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5."

well, then you're using java 8 that comes bundled with the vanilla launcher.
