Problem [FTB Endeavour] Server stuck on "Configuration file X is not correct. Correcting"

Hello,
My friends and I just bought a Minecraft hosting to play FTB Endeavour. And we're encountering problem where the server starts fine, we can connect, but it just keeps spitting out warnings about incorrect config files and it uses quiet some resources... When we tried it without any mods, just Forge by by itself, there wasn't any issue. Also when I try to run the server with the exact same files on my pc it works fine. Does anyone have any solution to this? We would be so glad. Thank you in advance.

If you're paying for Minecraft hosting you should contact that hosting company for support, there could be so many ways for the hosing company to set this up, using different software to make the packs available to you as a customer.

If this is a root server where you have access to the OS and set everything up yourself - please explain how you did the different steps to setup the minecraft server for the pack.
