Looking for some opinions on a nice crossbow for mid-game until i get the stronger weapons from the other realms.

Also wondering what the options are for a mob grinder, so far all i can see are Punji Sticks but they do terrible damage from what i can see and i want to make an efficient blaze farm for blaze rods.
