FTB crashes with GregTech + Forestry?

I added GregTech to the Unleashed pack like people told me to, and now the game keeps crashing after the Mojang screen.
Apparently GT and Forestry have a couple item IDs that conflict with each other.

Is there a way that I can fix this, or will I have to ditch one or the other? (I really don't want to :C)
