FTB Classic Launcher wont install/load

I was having issues trying to get FTB revelations to work while infintiy evolved seemed fine. I tried installing the up to date launcher and this did not work.

When I gave up and decided just ot play some more Infinity Evolved using the classic launcher, the launcher refused to open. So i've deleted all the folders related to FTB on my pc and tried to redownload the classic launcher, and now literally nothing happens when i click on the executable to install/load. If someone could help I'd love them.
 
Do you have any 3rd party antivirus software installed on your machine?
