You need to wait. That is the only solution to this. Sometimes, it takes a while.

It starts up like it loads and the Launcher and Console close but the minecraft just doesnt pop up

Again, you need to wait. The ONLY solution to this is to wait.

Things your can try:
Delete the modpack.zip file, let the launcher redownload it. When it starts that process, walk away, watch a movie, and come back later.
