FTB Beyond server not launching

Hey everyone, first time posting here. I downloaded the server and followed the instructions, launched it and it just sat there after this line...

[18:40:00] [Thread-14/INFO] [immersiveengineering/immersiveengineering]: Finished recipe profiler for Arc Recycling, took 1511 milliseconds

So i tried to do some troubleshooting and found people with a similar problem but no real solution, so i took some normal troubleshooting and nothing worked... I have the entire log uploaded to pastebin. The link is https://paste.ee/p/xZgDx.
