Problem FTB Beyond server does not start but does not throw an error

I click the ServerStart.bat and it runs until it gets to this line:
[20:00:11] [Thread-14/INFO] [immersiveengineering]: Finished recipe profiler for Arc Recycling, took 2387 milliseconds
It does not crash it just stops.
