  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue The log file is probably not going to be much use as it hasnt been for me either. To explain a bit, I've hosted MC servers for a long time and have dev'd many plugins so I'm quite aware of debugging crashes and abnormalities and thus don't normally need assistance but this one has got me stumped. The server was fine and has been running in most instances for at least 2-3 days without need for a restart with our small group of friends 3-5 playing at any given time flawlessly. However, we noticed a bit lag creeping in which was to be expected as we progressed within the game and the more machines running at any given time would naturally add to that. So that was fine, however we decided it would be a good idea to update to the latest version as we were still on the old 1.6.1 and had been for sometime. Since updating, the server lag has increased quite a fair bit (without any changes on the server's end) but most worryingly the server will randomly just die. It will literally die, without logging anything to console, it doesn't show any errors..it just literally shuts down without any reason making it near impossible to determine what is causing this. I've read from research that others have reported such things but no fix has been found and also from the research found there be certain issues with Refined Storage and causing servers to crash. But without any errors it is impossible to know whether it is that or soemthing entirely different. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Especially if I'm missing something as to where the errors might be logged but I've sifted through all log files and after several crashes nothing is ever printed in the log file. It just simply dies, then starts a new log when the server is started again.
