[FTB Beyond] Ingame mod setting

I have question about this mod pack .

I see ingame on the lower right bottom side a window that show show sounds (walking , collecting XP etc.)
is this a addon doing or is it subtitle setting that is doing this?

It's not the pack, it's a vanilla Minecraft feature in 1.9+ I think
