FTB APP Issue when launching modpacks - Unable to Update the Minecraft Native Launcher

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. This issue only started today. I dont believe ive downloaded/updated anything at all. Last night I was able to play. Today when i try, regardless of the installed modpack on the FTB app, I get the same thing. A pop-up telling me its updating minecraft launcher, and proceeds to fail, with another popup specifically saying its Unable to Update the Minecraft Native Launcher.
Anyone got a idea how I can fix this? Thanks for any help you can give
