FTB APP Doesn't Load any Mods (lost connection?)

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

My launcher fails to load any modpacks, library, browse, and discover assets but loads news. It loads fine on a laptop taken outside of my network and connected to a hotspot. I've tried reinstalling, deleting, and changing install paths of the Overwolf and FTB APP folders (.ftba, ftb-app, etc.). Not sure where to head from here and am nonetheless stuck.
