850 Gigs of memory on a 64x OS

move your installation out from onedrive and try again.

How?

Copy the folder out from your current location as that's part of the onedrive folder structure.

try c:\games\"somenameofafolder" or other drive

I moved it and it still doesn't work. I also disabled OneDrive on my PC

Make a fresh install in that new location - and there's no need to disable OneDrive, it's a good feature - just not the right place to put games.

Also make sure you're using the right java:

Some modpacks require older versions of Java 8 or 11. Open https://adoptium.net/temurin/archive/ in your browser and select either OpenJDK 8 or OpenJDK 11. You can install those exact versions from the archive: MC 1.16.5 or less => jdk8u312-b07 from 21st of October 2021. MC 1.16.5 for performance => jdk-11.0.13+8 from 21st of October 2021. Servers: uninstall all other versions of Java
