Friend can't connect to my FTB Ultimate Server

Hello.

Today I discovered that my friend could not connect to my ftb server. He was able to connect 2 days ago but now he can't. I don't use hamatchi, we run off separate internet connections. Any ideas of how I can fix this?
 
give him your new ip.
check to see if ports reclosed.
there are hundreds of videos out there to help trouble shoot this problems already.

not much else there
