Freezing on installation at exact same spot every time

Details of the issue:
Sorry if any of this info is... weird, or misplaced or something. Anyway, I've tried installing FTB from the main link on the home page a few times. It's the stable version. This is the first time I've tried to do this, and yeah it just always freezes at the same spot. Here's what's trying to download whenever it freezes:

I don't know how common these kind of problems are, I've tried Googling a bunch and only found really outdated information from years ago, so sorry if I'm just missing something really dumb.​

Increase memory allocation to 2-4 GB.
