FPS Spikes

So I'v been trying to play MC on my flashdrive and it's gone well so far with the help of kind member's on this forum, but now I'v gone face to face with an old horror of mine... FPS lagg spikes. I don't have this at all on My PC but I'm getting this when I run it off my flashdrive. I set to pretty much everything to low, and I'm still getting it. I'v been playing vanilla MC Sky block, which is pretty much 1 chunk load because everything is pretty much gone. So what can I do to fix this little bugger? Any tip will help get one step further into spending more time with lovely FTB :3

I would disable Extra Biomes and see if that helps

I'm pretty sure it's not Extra Biomes, because This even happens in vanilla mc

the problem is you running it of your flash drive it does not work decent with minecraft unless you got a flash drive that's about 120 euro which then it does work since it has the speed for it. just run it of your hard drive you cant fix this.

Oh, wow. Now that you mention that, skrili, I remember having this same problem running minecraft of my USB on my school computers. Huge lag spikes, from 40fps down to 1-3 every so often. I thought it was the computer and nothing I did helped (increasing memory, lower specs, etc.). If the problem is the USB drive that makes a lot of sense. My USB was a crappy $4 4GB so...

Looks like you may have to plow through with the spikes then, Tact1cal.
