Summary of the problem FPS drops after opening chests or inventory

What is the bug? When i open my inventory or a chest in my save. i have problem with fps drops. i tried to give it more ram i got 32gb of ram and i gave my minecaft 10gb of that.

i even uninstalled the mod "scanner" but that also doesnt work.

this world is also a lan world because of friends who i play with.

Is it repeatable? every time when i play on this save.

I tried a diffrent save and the same happens there after i open my inventory ones i get fps drops even when i'm just walking arround
