Forge Version reqired?

Details of the issue:
Whenever i start up the pack it tells me that this is missing: "Forge : minimum version required is 10.13.2.1291" yet i have "forge-1.7.10-10.13.3.1403-1.7.10-universal". So is it supposed to go in a certain spot because it not working in the mod folder?​
 
Unfortunately, I think this is only a issue the modpack creator can fix - if you've added any of your own mods then I don't think they can update that for you.

Why do you have forge 10.13.3.1403? This pack uses 10.13.2.1291! How do you launch pack?

he said he put it in the mods folder >_>

edit I suggest you to remove the forge from the mods folderand tell us you added extra mods
