Forge - Changelog?

Where can I find a changelog for all the minor builds of forge?
http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,4804.msg27333.html only has the changelog for #497, but no info about the newer ones.
IC2 for example has one at http://ic2api.player.to:8080/job/IC2_lf/changes

I was having trouble finding one too, surely all mod makers have access to it since they make the updates to each version of Forge.

btw it says I am banned from that first website even though I went on once... strange huh

I guess a more brutal approach would be to download a code comparing program and make it compare each version of forge to see what differences there were

Closest thing to a changelog right now seems to be its GitHub commit log - https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/commits/master

Hover over the "x days ago" to get the exact time, then add maybe 10 minutes and it'll be close to the times seen on http://files.minecraftforge.net, so you can match them up. Your mileage may vary due to timezones.
