Forestry Multi-Farm, won't input water?

I've set up my first manual multifarm, however I can't seem to add water to it. Both via a valve using a liquiduct/golden waterproof pipe and via a bucket full of water placed inside. The farm is currently supplied 28 MJ/t. It also declines to harvest anything. Could I not have enough power going to the farm?

ok, U have enough energy income. also do U inject energy thru http://ftbwiki.org/Farm_Gearbox ?
water can be added thru Farm Valve
Do U add some http://ftbwiki.org/Fertilizer_(Forestry) ?
