Summary of the problem Forestry Backpacks Duping

What is the bug? I don't know what the exact cause is, but the same bug that I'm now having with the DW20 1.10 pack on singleplayer has also happened to me with the Unstable pack on multiplayer.
the bug is happening with the Forestry backpacks. when I take items out of the backpack and close it, if I re-open the backpack, the items I took out are still in the backpack, but also in my inventory, so basically it's been duped.
I first though it was just my imagination, but after having filled 2 backpacks with torches while I only had 4 stacks of torches on my initially, this dupe is really happening.
I've tried logging back out and back into the world, but the duped items do not disappear.
and as I mentioned, this also happened to me with the Unstable 1.10 pack on multiplayer, so it's been around for some time now.
it seems to be happening to backpacks that are in resupply mode, if I take the backpack out of the mode, the duping doesn't happen anymore.
