For mod pack updates: Include links?

If possible, could the posts that detail what mods were updated in a given pack update include links to the changelog/wiki/main forum thread for that mod? It's useful to know the mods that were updated, and their version numbers, but for those less willing to go digging, it'd be nice to have links to more information.
 
I think this should be a launcher Update more so than a website update I think that the changelog for mod updated needs to be moved from the forum to the launcher and displayed BEFORE hitting the button to download the update.
