Foolcraft 3 stuck on loading screen

What launcher are you using, it looks like you manually added forge to the vanilla launcher, or you selected to install the pack in the %appdata% folder structure.

Consider using the launcher intended for the pack.

With that said, Foolcraft 3 is not a FTB pack and you should contact the mod pack creator for support.
