Hi.

I got a problem with a building-project and hoped someone around here might have a solution to that.
I'm using the direwolf20-pack and like to go underground with my base.

I've built down to the bedrock, the ground of my base just fills the last layer where you get those particles from the bedrock.
The idea is a giant bunker stuffed with different machines.
The only thing I need is something to get rid of the void fog at the lowest level, where I got a large railcraft-tank with lava and fourty geothermal generators from IC2.
I tried OptiFine and a modified ban.class I found in the minecraft-forums(for people who like to do mega-builds).
Both cut away the placing-help for RedPower-microblocks and OptiFine caused problems with chunk-rendering.

So is there a mod, block or something I can use to get rid of the void-fog and dimming at low levels, without interfering with the direwolf20-pack?

P.S.: Since my help-request is focused around a way to remove void fog, I hope this is the right place to post it.
