Summary of the problem Flux Point stops working

What is the bug? When connected to a Draconic Energy Core and the Energy Core hits 2.147 billion RF the Flux Point stops outputting power to the Energy Core, when you go below 2.147 billion RF the Flux Point starts up again. Can be tested with a Tier 4 Draconic Energy Core

Is it repeatable? Yes, go above/below 2.147 billion RF in a Draconic Energy Core with a Flux Point connected to the input.
Known Fix If I slap a Capacitor Bank between the Flux Bank and the Energy Pylon RF starts to flow again.
