Feed The Beast Not Launching

When I try to open Minecraft (I am using the Direwolf20 pack) it comes up with a box asking me to update. I click "no" as I have for a while. It immediately tells me that it "Failed to download game".

I believe that the message is telling you that it failed to download the game because you told it not to. (When you clicked "No")

No, the game will not launch. At all. The message is an error message. It all started when I had to delete and replace my bin folder because I accidently started it updating then stopped it. I try not to update for a while because I have very limited internet.

hm...
I would try these step, in order....

1. Make sure Java is updated. You can get the latest version here for windows. Use version 6 for Mac's
2. Backup your FTB folder.
3. Delete your FTB folder, FTBlauncher folder, FTB Launcher
4. Re-download the launcher
5. When it asks where to install everything, put it in "c:\FTB\"
6. When you start the launcher, go to options and click "Force update"
7. Select your mod-pack and try to play.

I understand you have very limited internet... But once it is working, it should continue to work without any more going online.
