Hello everyone, I am having a few problems at the moment with a server. I rent it from a server host and is a private whitelisted server myself and a few friends.
It is a 2gig server with a dedicated IP. I cant provide more system specs than that as I do not know what hardware/software they are running.

Lastnight some lag cropped up as well as server crashes, I informed the server host this morning about said issues and also the server not restarting
They are saying this line in the logs is what is causing the issue and that I need to fix it myself.

[SEVERE] [Modual ForceField System] cannot read remote Version file!
[WARNING] Version Check Failed: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/57416963/Minecraft/ThermalExpansion/version.txt
[WARNING] Version Check Failed: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/57416963/Minecraft/OmniTools/version.txt
[WARNING] Could not load forestry config, due to java reflection failing!
[WARNING] A mod attempted to overwrite a Pulverizer recipe. To allow this, enable the functionality in your configuration file.
[SEVERE] [AppEng] LP Integration Disabled.

All feed the beast config files are default, they haven't been messed with. I am also not running any plugins at all, as from what I understand they are very unstable with forge. Any help/advice that could be provided would be very much appreciated.

First one is irrelevant, that doesn't do anything bad.
Second and third shouldn't either, since they're the same type of thing as the first one.
The fourth line is said to be normal by other people, and not cause problems.
Fifth one is also irrelevant, it's not a problem.
The sixth line seems to be a mod disabling it's integration with logistics pipes. This shouldn't cause anything bad to happen.

They are right, however. Unless it's their technology at fault (which it almost certainly isn't), you do have to take care of your own server.

Are you not able to start the server at all now?

They restarted the server from their end, and those are the reasons stated as to what is causing the issue. The server was reinstalled by them almost 4 weeks ago because of similar issues, and it somehow also managed to ghost itself into two instances. since this period there hadn't been any more issues until around 12am today (26/04/2013) when my friends told me the server had crashed and that's also when the lag issues started up.
I attempted a server restart this morning which stalled, which is why I put in a support ticket with my server host. They restarted it and posted the above as the reason why its crashing and lagging. If those are infact "normal" for feed the beast though, what exactly can I or am I supposed to do to fix the issue?

I don't think those messages could possibly cause the issue.

Can provide the console log of the server "stalling"?

Just had a look through the server logs and there isn't one up there from when the server stalled upon restart, very odd as I have logs from 26/03/2013. I will post up the latest log from the restart the server host did though.

Looking at the pings myself and my friends are currently getting from the server, I would say the lag is strictly been caused by a latency issue on my server hosts end. As far as the crash goes though, is there anything that may have caused that?

Which crash? Without a console log and crash report, I won't be able to help much with that.
