Falling through flow in mine world only

Have a new server with FTB Direwolf20 installed. Along with that is Essentials, MCPC+, Grief Protection, Multiverse, World Edit, WorldGuard. Created a mine world and teleported to it no problem. Set the spawn point and then fell through the floor. Teleported out and back and samething happens. Did a restart and once again fell through. It seems to happen after about a minute. I can interact with blocks and build. No error message seems to come up. Any idea what would be causing this?
 
It seems to look like the chunk just gets deloaded. After trying to trace the problem down I was looking at the log and was killed by a skeleton while just standing there in the blackness. One time I did get this error right before it happened

27.03 17:23:22 [Server] SEVERE Could not pass event PlayerInteractEvent to GriefPrevention v7.6.3-beta

*EDIT* Disabled Chicken chunks and it works fine.
